1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pure Foundation ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pure Foundation is a Christian faith-based habit tracking application designed to support men in their journey toward freedom from pornography through daily devotionals, check-ins, accountability, and grace-focused progress tracking.

3. User Accounts

To use Pure Foundation, you must:

• Be at least 17 years of age
• Create an account using Sign in with Apple
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Pure Foundation offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features, including:

• Daily devotional content
• Full devotional archive
• Advanced progress tracking
• Data export features

4.2 Free Trial

New users may receive a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit your Apple ID purchase history.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content provided through Pure Foundation, including devotionals, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Pure Foundation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any personal data and notes you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use this data to provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: Pure Foundation is a support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or spiritual counseling.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Use of the App will result in any particular outcome

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the App by any third party

9. Medical Disclaimer

Pure Foundation is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The devotional content and tracking features are for informational and motivational purposes only. If you are experiencing mental health issues, addiction, or other serious problems, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional, licensed therapist, or pastoral counselor.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
• Add or remove features
• Update these Terms of Service

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Your data may be deleted from our servers
• You will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
